So how do we live out this claim that we belong to the Lord?

We are compelled to respond to the Holy Spirit’s call to offer with joy and thanksgiving what God has first given us – our selves, our time, and our possessions, signs of God’s gracious love. We return to God what is God’s by radically striving to at least tithe from our wealth to Christ’s church, matching and connecting our gifts and vocations to service and mission in the world in order to build up God’s kingdom, dedicating our time to ministries that will transform lives, caring for all of creation, promoting physical, emotion, and spiritual health and wellness among all disciples, and raising up leaders to lead and guide Christ’s church into the future. What we discover is that the more radical we are with our generosity, the more abundance we have in our lives. We truly experience joy in our giving.
